Its a parking garage, what do I say? It was well lit, clean, felt safe, and the attendants were friendly. I parking here when I am at the Festival of the Arts.

Clean public parking $2 every hour I had no problems, I was in and out. Note... Mobile parking through the phone is cool And you pay for parking on the first level of the parking garage...so don't go to the exit until you pay..

This is a great parking garage. It's always clean and kept up nicely. It's well lit at night. It's close to the Art Museum, Civic Center, County Courthouse, City Hall, and the Downtown Library. You can access the entrance from either Colcord or Main. Colcord runs west to east, and the entrance on Main runs east to west. Parking is $2 per hour for a maximum of $10 a day. Save yourself heartache when paying by paying for your parking at the vending machines on the 1st floor before you return to your vehicle. Paying at the exit is much harder, especially if you have impatient people behind you.

Super easy to get to, so much to see in the area. Metropolitan Library was my destination, while in the area when through the Devon Building to the gardens.

Had parking spaces for larger cars! Definitely needed. I recommend this Parking garage. It's great if you have an SUV or a larger truck.

Well lit, great location and this happens to have superb lighting in the middle of the day for very exacting photographs of faces! Your car or motorcycle are safe here. I have never had any trouble getting a spot. I have never had any damage or threats here and I again have found impromptu, that some of the clearest pictures I have ever taken of my family have been here, often just before we part company.
